Purpose/Background
Boulder County Building Services, a Division of Public Works, is seeking submissions from qualified licensed Colorado Real Estate Brokers (“Brokers”) to market and list various Boulder County properties to find potential buyers and/or acquire new properties through purchase or lease. Boulder County may select one or more Brokers under this RFQ.
Awarded firms will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one-year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.
Specifications and a sample contract are attached.

All inquiries regarding this RFQ will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m.
April 13, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than
April 15, 2020.
