Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to study the current infrastructure for construction and demolition materials diversion in the county as well as the feasibility, siting, cost and additional parameters of any construction and demolition transfer or processing facility that might be appropriate for development within or near the County borders. A generation estimate of construction and demolition materials that might be processed at such a facility over the next 20 years would be a necessary complement to the study, as would a market analysis.
