Description

Boulder County is requesting scanning services over a four year period beginning in year 2017. Work will need to be off-site as Boulder County does not have the facilities for scanning. The scanned documents will be loaded in the FileNet Content Management system.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on March 15, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Boulder County Courthouse Annex Building located at 2045 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302.
Proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting, and site visit will not be accepted.

Written Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. March 20, 2017. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than March 23, 2017.
