ITB-5461-11 - Dry Creek Trail Construction

Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County Parks & Open Space is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Dry Creek Trail in Niwot, Colorado. The scope of work includes a substantial reconstruction of the Left Hand Valley Grange trailhead, approximately two and half miles of multi-use trail (crusher fines surface, eight (8) feet wide), two pedestrian bridge installations over Dry Creek, a ditch crossing, and a variety of fence installations. The contractor will be responsible for acquiring a CDPHE General Construction permit and developing a Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP); Boulder County will acquire all other necessary permits. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a contract with Boulder County. A sample contract is included with this bid invitation. Bidders must meet all County insurance requirements, otherwise, bids will not be considered, and requirements are in BID document.
