Summary: The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide emergency maintenance/telephone answering services on a 7-day, 24-hour basis for the agency.
Specifications and a sample contract are attached.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting/Walk-Through A mandatory pre-proposal meeting/walk-through will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Josephine Commons, 455 N. Burlington Avenue, Lafayette, CO 80026. Details will be provided upon arrival. Proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting will not be accepted.
Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via e-mail to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. April 18, 2016. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than April 20, 2016.
