Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County Parks and Open Space (County) is soliciting bids from qualified Vendors to supply and deliver approximately 17,430 Pure Live Seed pounds of seed required for the aerial seeding of about 364 acres of burned area in the Fourmile Canyon Fire area. The seed mix is composed of two species, triticale and slender wheatgrass, and includes testing and mixing the seed as described below in the technical specifications. The seed is to be delivered to Boulder County Suitts Open Space, 7432 Nelson Road, Longmont, CO 80503, or to Project site, on or by Thursday, March 15, 2012. The approximate distance, one-way, from the Suitts site to the project site is estimated to be 30 miles.
