Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Transportation Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the conversion of floodway data from hard copy floodplain studies into digital Geographic Information System (GIS) format. The scope of work and services are summarized in the attachment labeled APPENDIX A. The proposal should include line items for work to be completed, detailed cost estimates for conversion of each reach or study, a description of the proposed methodology for map conversion, and a timeline for completion of the project.
