Purpose/Background
Boulder County is looking for a consultant to evaluate the feasibility of developing highly resilient renewable energy systems to meet the needs of the town of Gold Hill and surrounding community.
The goals of this project are to:
(1) evaluate the technical, economic, social and environmental feasibility of providing the community with renewable energy;
(2) ensure that these energy systems are highly resilient to disruption in the face of fire, floods, high winds and other climate related disasters; and
(3) ensure all potential options are shared with, and vetted by, the Gold Hill community.

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. December 10, 2019. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than December 13, 2019.
