Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for inspection and project management services for the HUB CDBG-DR Flood Housing Rehabilitation Program. Specifications and a sample contract with a Federal Funds Requirement specific exhibit (Exhibit E) are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached exhibit as part of any contract with the Boulder County Housing Authority, and comply with all Federal Funds Requirements set forth in that exhibit.
