Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office is requesting proposals for providing food service from qualified vendors for the Boulder County Jail, located at 3200 Airport Road, Boulder, CO 80301. The proposal should include inmate and staff meals, seven days/week, for a facility housing an average daily population of 452 adult inmates, 10 Juvenile Detention Center inmates and employees for a term of 1 (3) years from June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011, plus two (2) one year options.
