Summary of Specifications:
The project is located at various sites throughout Jamestown (See Attached Overall Location Site Map). The work consists of demolition, removal and disposal of damaged structures at the following addresses: Address Street Est. Square Footage A 4 Main St (with basement) 1532 S.F. B 14 Main St 1762 S.F. C 34 Main St 936 S.F. D 40 Main St (garage only, not house) 500 S.F. E 43 Main St 1025 S.F. Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum and a Davis-Bacon and Related Acts Exhibit are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
