RFP-5667-12 - Josephine Commons II Architectural Services

Summary of Specifications:
On behalf of Josephine Commons II Limited Liability Company (“JC II LLC”), as its sole member and manager, the Boulder County Housing Authority (“BCHA” the "Authority") is inviting qualified Architectural Firms (the "Proposers") to submit proposals for final design drawings for Phase II of the Josephine Commons development in Lafayette, CO. Schematic design and final site plan design have been completed and approved by the City of Lafayette. Phase I design and construction are currently under way with an anticipated completion date of August 2012. Phase II is anticipated to begin construction in Spring 2013.
