Summary of Specifications:
1. THE WORK - consists of all permits (any taxes associated to the permits), labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental items as required for a complete job for the following item per project plans and specifications: 

Item #1 – Roofing Work to include but not necessarily be limited to removal and discard of existing roofing materials, furnishing and installing new roof insulation, TPO roofing, TPO flashing, sheet metal flashing, trim, new through-wall and roof deck overflow drains, and concrete coring as described in the plans and specifications.
