The Boulder County Juvenile Assessment Center is located in the West portion of the Justice Center,
located at 1777 6th Street, Boulder, CO. There are two (2) separate control panels that consist of touch
bolts, which control doors, lights, and audio. Boulder County Building Services (BCBS) requests quotes
to compare the systems available for replacement of these control panels with either a similar touch bolt system or a computerized touch screen system. The second component of the RFP is related to any ongoing maintenance required of the controls as well as the electronically controlled locks associated.The third component is related to emergency response.
