RFP-6057-14 - LPEC Weatherization and Energy Conservation Materials

Summary of Specifications:
On behalf of Boulder County, the Boulder County Housing Authority (“BCHA”) is seeking proposals from qualified and suppliers for WEATHERIZATION & ENERGY CONSERVATION MATERIALS INCLUDING; INSULATION, LIGHTING, WATER CONSERVATION, HEALTH & SAFETY EQUIPMENT, WINDOWS & DOORS, HEATING & VENTILATION APPLIANCES AND SUPPLIES for the Longs Peak Energy Conservation (LPEC) division’s Weatherization Program for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014. Specifications are included. 

The purpose of this request is to prepare a pre-qualified list of companies to purchase materials for LPEC’s weatherization program. All pre-qualified vendors may be required to enter into a Continuing Services Contract, for the 2014-15 contract year with a maximum of 4 additional one-year renewals. However, by entering into a Continuing Services Contract, there is no guarantee that any set amount or type of materials will be purchased from the bidder.
