Description

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Resource Conservation Division, Hazardous Materials Management (HMM) Program is seeking proposals for latex paint recycling services. Vendors are invited to submit proposals for one, two, or all of the services outlined in this RFP. At the County's discretion, one or more contractors will be chosen to perform the services required. 

Specifications and a sample contract are included. 

A mandatory pre-proposal tour of the Hazardous Materials Management Facility, 1901c 63rd Street, Boulder, Colorado will be held on Thursday, November 15th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. sharp. All latex paint collected in the previous week at the HMMF will be available for opening and inspection by vendors for one hour following the tour.
