Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services (BCDHHS) is committed to implementing a more family driven, prevention oriented, and holistic safety net. We are moving towards this vision by working collaboratively with our partners to efficiently and effectively integrate health, housing, and human services to help Boulder County families have access to services.
In response to Medicaid expansion and state and federal funding cuts to vital health related programs, BCDHHS is seeking proposals from governmental and nonprofit agencies to increase access to medical, dental, and/or vision care and preventative public health services for vulnerable and/or low-income individuals and families in Boulder County. The total amount of funds that will be awarded is approximately $500,000. The awarded contractor(s) will enter into a contract with BCDHHS, with the anticipated start date of July 1, 2015, with contracts concluding by December 31, 2015.
