Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Transportation Department, Road Maintenance Division, is accepting Proposals from qualified contractors for On-Call Tree Services, including but not limited to removal, trimming and stump grinding. The purpose of this solicitation is to prepare a pre-qualified list of companies to work on a project-by-project basis. All pre-qualified vendors may be required to enter into a Continuing Services Contract for the 2012 contract year with an optional two-year written renewal. However, by entering into a Continuing Services Contract, there is no guarantee that any work will be directed to the awarded proposer. Specifications and a sample contract are attached.
