Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Board of County Commissioners, as the Board of Directors for the Eldorado Springs Local Improvement District, requests proposals from firms providing Responsible Operator In Charge services for the 0.325 MGD Fluidyne Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) serving the community of Eldorado Springs. 

Please note that this solicitation is being issued in conjunction with RFP # 6503-16, Operation of Wastewater Collection System. Potential vendors are welcome to propose on one or both of these solicitations. A separate cost analysis will be required for each RFP response.
