Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Facilities Division is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to provide Plant Maintenance Services on a weekly basis for various Boulder County buildings.

Specifications and a sample contract are attached in RFQ. The awarded contractor will be expected to enter into a one-year contract with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to inspect the properties before submitting a quote. Any concerns resulting from a failure to inspect the property are the responsibility of the contractor and not the Boulder County Facilities Division. All properties listed are open to the public Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
