Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County will need all buildings to have a completed and documented annual fire and backflow test performed by awarded vendor. (Refer to the Fire System Equipment List included with this RFP). The scheduled testing is to start August 18, 2014 coordinating with building services, and end before November 1, 2014. The county will provide personnel to escort, for access and to monitor the testers at all times.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Building Site Walkthrough A non-mandatory pre-proposal building site walkthrough is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on July 30, 2014 at the Boulder County Justice Center, 1777 6th Street, Boulder, CO 80302.
Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via e-mail to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2014. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than August 1, 2014.
