RFP-5361-10 - Real Estate Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking proposals from qualified licensed Colorado Real Estate Brokers (“Brokers”) to find potential affordable rental housing units and to possibly market and list various BCHA properties. BCHA may select one or more Brokers under this RFP. 

Specifications and a sample contract are attached. 



RFP's are due in the Purchasing office for time and date stamping by Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Two copies (2) of the RFP must be clearly marked as RFP #5361-10, and delivered to the Purchasing Division, 2020 13th Street, 1st Floor, Boulder, CO 80302, or mailed to Boulder County Purchasing, P.O. Box 471, Boulder, CO 80306. All Overnight, Express and Priority Mail should be directed to the above street address. All RFP's must be received and time and date stamped in the Purchasing office by the above due date and time. Any RFP's received after due date and time will be returned unopened to the bidder. No faxed or emailed RFPs will be accepted.
