Purpose/Background

Boulder County manages approximately $500,000 to $1,500,000 annually in rebate funding for commercial and residential energy efficiency upgrades under the Partners for a Clean Environment and Energy Smart programs. Boulder County is seeking a rebate processing firm to review, process, and issue checks for approximately 100-300 participants annually.

Written Inquiries
