INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that Boulder County will accept sealed bids from contractors for the metal fabrication and field installation of a utility enclosure and a trash enclosure at 529 Coffman Street in Longmont, Colorado. 1. A Pre-Bid Conference & Job Walk will not be held for this scope. Please refer to note 4 below for technical questions. 2. The Work consists of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools and accessories as required. Metal Fabrication and installation for the following items, as described in the Contract Documents. See drawings and specifications for base bid scope of work. a. Utility enclosure adjacent to building, see drawing A2 for Plan. b. Trash enclosure adjacent to parking lot, see drawing A2.1 for Plan c. Exclude any concrete work. d. Visit site to verify existing conditions. The utility enclosure pad is existing and the trash enclosure pad will be poured by November 10. e. Work to be completed before the end of 2014. 3.
