RFP-5457-11 - Sale of the AHI Ranch Complex

Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County is seeking proposals from realtors interested in marketing and selling a rural agricultural property referred to as the AHI Ranch Complex (formerly known as the Double Dove Ranch). The ranch complex includes a main residence, an agricultural accessory dwelling, an indoor riding arena, a breeding barn, and numerous other barns and agricultural outbuildings (details below). The property will be sold subject to a conservation easement that will prohibit the property from being subdivided further or annexed and will include certain protections for the reservoirs on the property.
