ITB-5307-10 - Stabilization of the Cardinal Mill Phase III

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department, is accepting bids from qualified construction firms for the third phase of the stabilization of the Cardinal Mill. 

This project is partially funded with a grant from the State Historical Fund. 

The purpose of this phase is to continue Boulder County’s efforts to save the Cardinal Mill by stabilizing the hopper roof and dormer, the lower north and east elevation walls, the lower south elevation roof and the main level columns and beams. Additional descriptions are on following pages 5-6. Engineered drawings with specifications, soils reports, bid tabulation sheet and company information submittal are attached. A copy of the grant application, a sample contract and a Nederland area site map are also attached. 

Contract completion will be 365 calendar days from contract execution. The term of this Contract shall be from June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2012.
