RFP-6048-14 - TN Willis Ditch Lateral Replacement Project

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department is seeking proposals for the replacement of the TN Willis irrigation lateral ditch, which was washed out by the September 2013 flood. Due to Coal Creek moving away from the original diversion point, this project will move the diversion point downstream and closer to the Warembourg/Lafayette property. The proposed site for the diversion point is approximately 35 feet east of South Public Road alongside Coal Creek. This project will consist of a new head gate, water measuring device, irrigation pump, and underground irrigation pipeline. It will be designed to deliver two cubic feet per second (cfs) of irrigation water. 

Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
