RFI 25-35 - RFI 25-35 Messaging Software

Purpose
Boulder Valley School District RE-2 (District) is seeking information from vendors to provide a new messaging software system to handle all District and School messaging needs, including:
●    Mass communication (crisis and general)
●    2-way communication (e.g. between teachers and families)
●    Group communication (e.g. between coach and team) and 
●    Newsletters.  

General Information
Upon completion of the RFI phase, provided the District has sufficient information and has available funding, it is the intent of the District to solicit formal proposals and/ or negotiate a contract with companies that respond to this RFI.

Responses received from vendors will be reviewed by a committee. The committee may request additional information from vendors including scripted demos. The District may also, in its discretion, pre-qualify or otherwise establish a select number of vendors who have responded to this RFI, to invite to solicit formal proposals and/ or negotiate a contract.
