The District desires to select and successfully work with the selected CMAR Contractor (Contractor) on their Water Treatment Plant 2 Expansion Project during preconstruction and construction phases. The selected CMAR contractor will work with District staff, Kimley Horn and additional stakeholders towards a successful completion of design and construction. It is the District’s desire to engage the CMAR during the 30% - 60% design phase.
