Description

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC), exists from which to obtain national accreditation for clinics in Department of Corrections. NCCHC developed a manual, for Standards for Health Services in Jails, 2018 edition. Which contains nationally accepted standards approved for the accreditation of correctional facilities and health services delivery systems.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that National Commission on Correctional Health Care, is the sole source from which to purchase these services.
