The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC), on behalf of the Division of Offender Programs and Re-Entry is seeking an Offeror(s) to provide in-demand job skills training programs. These training programs will support students in correctional facilities and improve successful re-entry and long-term success of each released student. All training programs will include direct instruction and coaching on soft skills development, including a commitment to learning/program, appropriate language and disposition, communication, time management, attendance, attention to detail, and pride in work. These skills will be stressed throughout training in preparation for employment, and the trainer will be able to provide support in job search readiness, interviewing, and coaching.
