NPSS1 CAAA 2024-0167 - NCS Pearson Vue Inc- Notice of Proposed Sole Source

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, NCS Pearson Vue, exists from which to obtain specifically designed computer based testing products compatible with COMPTIA and Cisco host to administer GED Tests, A+, CCNET vouchers, utilized to assist CDOC Educational Programs with offender general educational process. 

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that NCS Pearson Vue is the sole source from which to purchase these types of testing products. Any such comments or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, may be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
