Description

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is required to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 by providing offenders with equal access to CDOC programs and services. Accordingly, the CDOC seeks professional sign language interpreting services for offenders housed at CDOC correctional facilities throughout the State of Colorado. Interpreters shall also be able to provide services on-site within correctional facilities, at parole locations around the State, and Parole Board locations from time to time and through video at the CDOC Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO, or through on-demand video relay interpretive services.
