NPSS1 2025000209 - Solar Powered Mobile EV Chargers

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) asserts that BEAM Global is the only source for BEAM EV ARC, Electric Vehicle Chargers. CDOC has already secured one BEAM EV ARC Charger along with the BEAM Mobility Trailer needed for their transport. The EV Charger operates without requiring any permits or engineering, making it suitable for CDOCs leased facilities. With the Mobility Trailer, CDOC can easily relocate the EV Chargers in just minutes, ensuring compliance with the Greening Government Rules and the standards for fleet electrification. It is vital that the EV Chargers are entirely mobile and can be safely transported using the BEAM Mobility Trailer that has been acquired.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or objections to the determination that BEAM Global is the sole source from which to purchase the EV Chargers.
