The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, 3M Company, exists form which to obtain 3M Retro Reflective Sheeting Validation Decals, Tamper Evident Stickerts, Pr-Printed Graphic Sheeting and Clear Overlay Film used in conjuction with 3M Prduction Equipment (currently installed on CDOc property) to produce license plates. This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties an opportunity to submit comments and/or objections to the determination that 3M Company is the sole source form which to purchase 3M proprietary products compatible for use with 3M Production Equipment.
