The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) expresses its conviction that Beam Global is the exclusive source to obtain the BEAM ARC Mobility. This product is the only one of its kind and is built specifically to transport the BEAM EV ARC, for which the CDOC has already acquired. The BEAM ARC Mobility is the only trailer that can safely stow and tow the BEAM EV ARC. This trailer is a specialized hydraulic transport equipment designed to rapidly relocate the BEAM EV ARC. The remote-controlled hydraulics, enables one person to stow, transport, place, and off-load the BEAM EV ARC.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that BEAM Global is the sole source from which to purchase this product.
