CDOT will be hiring fourteen (14) Consultants for this project to provide Front Range Non-Project Specific Construction Management, Construction Inspection, and Material Testing Engineering Services. CDOT anticipates awarding: Six (6) contracts at the $6 million tier, four (4) contracts at the $4 million tier, and four (4) contracts at the $2 million tier with two (2) contracts designated as ESB set-asides. Firms will not be permitted to propose on more than one tier as a prime consultant. Firms should clearly indicate the tier at which they want to be considered in their cover letter to the contracting officer.
Contract NTE: $60,000,000.00
