RFP NO. PW-2022-4 - CENTRAL CITY 2022 ROTOMILL AND OVERLAY PROJECTS

The City of Central seeks bids from responsible, qualified firms to perform two (2) 2” rotomill and overlay projects within City right-of-way.

The first project includes a 2” rotomill and overlay of approximately 783 square yards of hot-mix asphalt on D-Street between Lawrence Street and Gregory Street, within the City Limits. The second project includes a 2” rotomill and overlay of approximately 2,333 square yards of hot-mix asphalt on Roworth Street between Spring Street and Hooper Street.

Installation will include traffic control, construction staging activities, locating of utilities, and any valve-box or sewer adjustments. All work shall be performed in a first-class workmanlike manner acceptable to the City in all respects.  The City may reject all or any portion of the work which is not in accordance with the approved specifications or is deemed to be unsatisfactory.
