21-017 - District Wide GPS and Routing Services

The Cherry Creek School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply vehicle GPS and Routing software and hardware to vehicles for tracking scheduled vs. actual, as well as, working in conjunction with any other systems the district will use. Proposals must include a complete system including hardware, software, all required supplies, installation or training of installation, warranties, any additional training, and all components of technical and software support. The system must be capable of vehicle and student tracking, parent notification capabilities, engine diagnostic codes, vehicle and driver events, mapping, traffic alerts, and student checks. The system shall integrate with the school districts current routing and fleet software (RTA), with an option of a visual pre-trip, posttrip electronic DOT required logs and documentation.
