Cherry Creek Schools Department of Facility Operations is currently accepting statements of qualification from contractors as a result of having had a successful outcome in the November 2016 election in which the District received $250 million for the construction of three schools including an elementary school, middle school and a career and technical education facility; as well as several renovation and deferred maintenance projects which will include renovations at every elementary school and middle school in the District to create spaces that support innovative learning opportunities for Cherry Creek students.
