Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for 120th Avenue Sidewalk. Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable cost of $25.00 at the City and County of Broomfield Community Development Department, One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, Colorado. A mandatory prebid meeting will be held on April 30, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Zang Spur Conference Room at One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, Colorado 80020. The purpose of the meeting will be to answer any questions about the Project or the Contract Documents. Bids will be accepted at the Central Records Office at One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, Colorado 80020, until 9:45 a.m. on May 8, 2007. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Zang Spur Conference Room at the above address at 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2007 All Bids shall be in SEALED ENVELOPES AND PLAINLY MARKED "Sealed Bid – 120th Avenue Sidewalk". The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to sidewalk construction; landscaping and irrigation installation; and fence, utility, sign and other relocations.
