Summary of Specifications:
The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It includes, but is not limited to placing a Cape Seal or Hot Chipseal on different street sections amounting to approximately 4 miles, along with roto – milling and replacing pavement markings with thermoplastic, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the Work.
