IFB-11-024 - 2011 Street Pavement Presevation Program

Summary of Specifications:
The project involves sealing approximately a half a mile of waterline streets, mitigation of approximately 15 miles of streets, sealing 15 miles of streets and asphalt patching for Public Works (Maintenance of Condition). It includes but is not limited to street patching, milling (edge mill, full width mill and profile milling at various depths), crack filling, asphalt leveling, overlay, slurry seal, cape seal, micro surfacing, concrete replacement, landscape reset and/or repair, replacing pavement markings with paint or thermoplastic, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work. In order to assure the best value for the City, respondents have three schedules with corresponding additional work schedules
