Summary of Specifications:
The BRC is a city owned facility that requires 40 hours per week staffing. The proposal requests three Comprehensive Plans: Service Plan; Community Service Plan; Fiscal Responsibility and Communication Plan. A MANDATORY pre-submittal conference and site visit will be held September 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., at the Broomfield Recycling Center, 225 Commerce Street, Broomfield, CO.
