NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City and County of Broomfield is receiving Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/CG) services for the expansion of the City and County of Broomfield Police Department Detention Center and Training Facility. A pre-architectural program has been completed, which recommends adding 104 - 112 beds, approximately 30,000 gross square feet of new area, and renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet.
