Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield (City), State of Colorado, will accept Bids to award a Contract or Contracts for Dillon Road and South 120th Street Intersection Improvements. (Plans will be posted September 19, 2012.) The Work is described in the Specifications and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. It generally consists of 1550 feet of road widening and includes, but is not limited to pavement removals, traffic signal resetting, unclassified excavation and embankment construction, installation of 200 feet of storm sewer with inlet structures, subgrade reconditioning and lime stabilization, permanent and temporary asphalt paving, roadway signing and striping, native grass reseeding together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work depicted in the contract documents. An optional prebid meeting will be held September 21, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the Zang Spur Conference Room, 1 DesCombes Dr Broomfield CO 80020.
