All Questions/Clarifications shall be emailed to April Cooke, CPPB, Senior Procurement Agent at acooke@broomfield.org by June 11, 2020 at 12:00 PM MST. All questions will be answered and addressed in an Addendum by end of day on June 12, 2020. If there are no questions an Addendum will still be issued stating there were no questions/clarifications. Please upload your quote as a single PDF. You must also include a signed copy of the Contractor's Authority Statement with your quote. Only Quotes received through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet Direct) will be accepted. There will be no exceptions.
