RFP-14-028 - FEMA WATER PROJECT - COAL CREEK DITCHES

Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield is the sole owner of both the Upper Church and McKay Ditches. Both of these ditches divert out of Coal Creek and are located in the general vicinity of the Plainview Road crossing of Coal Creek, approximately 0.25 mile north of Highway 72 on the west side of Highway 93. As a result of the September 2013 flooding, the structures for both ditches sustained significant damage. This solicitation is for Engineering Construction drawings, construction over-site services through FEMA Close-Out. Expertise in Colorado Office of Emergency Management, FEMA and Federal regulations/Reporting desirable.
