The City intends to award the Contract to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, subject to the provisions of Chapter 3.20 of the Broomfield Municipal Code.

The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in Bidding and to reject any or all Bids.
All Bids will be evaluated and the award will be made within ninety days from the date that they are opened.

The City and County of Broomfield provides solicitation and complete construction documents for all interested parties to download free of charge via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). Contractors may choose to register with RMEPS to get notifications automatically emailed for a nominal annual fee. Broomfield shall not guarantee the validity of documents acquired from other sources; the Contractor/Vendor risks submittals may be determined as non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
