Additional Bidding Instructions

The Respondent shall submit a Cost Proposal/Budget in the format of their choosing which includes any equipment cost and lead times, installation costs, including any software or software upgrades required, accessories and add-ons required for intended use as well as on-going services and maintenance costs to provide the ion chromatograph equipment as described in this RFP. The Cost Proposal/Budget should also include pricing for replacement parts and typical pricing for supplies and how such items are typically ordered. The Respondent should provide training to staff on the new equipment as part of the proposal. The Cost Proposal/Budget shall include all other costs applicable to the purchase, including any not directly mentioned in the RFP
